J. A. Salazar has been in business since 1997 as a licensed general engineering contractor, specializing in water utilities installation.

We bid and perform work for cities, public work agencies, county agencies, state agencies, municipalities, and both public and private water companies.

Although our work is primarily obtained through the bidding process, we do have long standing relationships with various cities and water companies who make us their first call for emergency repair, maintenance, small jobs and select bidder projects. We maintain four crews and also have designated emergency crews to serve you in L.A County, Ventura County, Orange County, San Diego County, San Bernardino County and Riverside County.
